Example work[edit]

Is any fantasy or science fiction cover art by Siudmak more notable than any other? The stub names only a Polish edition of Dune (before I add French eds. of Anne McCaffrey).

Siudmak may have "covered" Dune for a Polish edition, but the linked summary bibliography at ISFDB does not show that.

Dune at ISFDB clearly lists one two-volume Dune with him as cover artist, a French edition. (It's the same publisher who hired him for Pern stories by Anne McCaffrey (Official Pern Art), which I have put in the article).

Probably the citation of a Polish edition needs support in a "Reference" (not External link) with some explanation how to navigate ISFDB in this case. See (— Siudmak at ISFDB); (Dune series at ISFDB) --P64 (talk) 20:55, 18 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

apocalyptic[edit]

Siudmak is a painter so he uses vivid pictorial language. He said apocalyptic. Despair and ugliness is less than apocalyptic despair and ugliness. We may find despair and ugliness around us, apocalyptic ones hopefully not in Western or Central Europe. Xx236 (talk) 09:46, 1 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
