Wolfe Laboratories was founded by Dr. Janet Wolfe, a female entrepreneur. A contractual R&D company, it has grown substantially within its first nine years despite barriers of entry for women-led companies in the industry. Wolfe is attempting to create a new standard of contractual R&D that provides safer, more innovative products for consumers. Their mission is to improve human life through participating in ethical research - research that will lead to drugs which are relevant and breakthrough. Wolfe Labs is working closely with quality assurance and the FDA to become one of the first labs that complies with general laboratory and manufacturing practices. These measures ensure that the most ethical and scientifically sound practices are being used - Wolfe will be one the first contractual laboratory in Boston to ensure these practices. The science at Wolfe Labs is not only genuine but innovative, two qualities which many companies in the pharmaceutical industry lacks. This company is a relevant and deserves notable distinction within the industry - specifically considering it is founded and managed by a female entrepreneur.

Please take a look at: WP:N, WP:Notability (organizations and companies), WP:RS and WP:V for guidelines on notability and sources. If the subject of the article is not notable or claims of notability cannot be verified by reliable sources, the article will be deleted. Put in some good sources and one: focus on the fact that this is a very large facility and 2: tell us what important research goes on there and I think this article will be just fine.
