Premiere[edit]

While I can certainly appreciate that extensive detail about the premiere is inappropriate for an article on the film, now that it is out more widely across Japan, I have to wonder if it is not notable that the film premiered in New York to begin with.

How many Japanese films have premiered overseas, outside of a major film festival such as Cannes? How many have premiered in conjunction with something like the NY ComicCon, which is hardly as formal or mainstream a film venue as Cannes or Sundance?

I realize that my tone may easily appear as if I am arguing or upset. I assure you I am neither, but am neutrally asking the question. Is it not worth mentioning, in a single sentence, or just a phrase, that the film premiered in New York before it showed in Japan? LordAmeth (talk) 20:59, 17 March 2009 (UTC)

The plot is incomplete[edit]
