English[edit]

The English in this article really sucks. It should be revised and rephrased paragraph by paragraph.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.166.71.32 (talkcontribs) 20:29, 20 December 2006

Ambiguous phrasing in the lede[edit]

The lede as it's currently written could be read to mean that that she was convicted on March 31, 1995. That's the same day as the murder, and unless the Texas justice system moves with frightening speed (which would call into question the term "justice"), that's probably a mistake in phrasing. Unfortunately I am too tired to figure out a better phrasing, so I'm just dropping this notice. Hppavilion1 (talk) 00:13, 1 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
