CSD[edit]

I removed the CSD tag because this is a notable organization in Sri Lanka. The article is currently a stub but hopefully will be expanded soon --snowolfD4( talk / @ ) 20:49, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

It definitely got expanded. Now it is a mass of promo content! I will try to trim this out, so please leave the GOCE tag for several days. Reaper Eternal (talk) 13:44, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
