Question[edit]

Dear Sirs;

I have a question about the value of a small litho print I have in my collection.

This is a relatively fine small litho, ink high, of the Yvette Guilbert album cover-however, with no text. It appears to be from the 1894 printing of the album, the background with lines representing a stair, dropped black gloves that resemble two lovers embracing, and a powder puff. On pinkish buff Rives (?) about 9.5 in by 13.5 in. With the stamp of TL on the lower right corner.

I haved just seen the complete album it obviously was part of in the touring show at the National in Wash, DC.

Is this an old repro, a proof, or a tourist print? Could you shed any light on my curiosity and venture a value?

Thank you!
