Taloja is a railway station on the Vasai Road - Diva - Panvel route of the Central Line, of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network.

Taloje lies on NH-4 Old Mumbai-Pune Highway. This highway joins Panvel to cities like Mumbra, Thane, Kalyan and Dombivali.
