Tarom-e Sofla District (Persian: بخش طارم سفلی) is in Qazvin County, Qazvin province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Sirdan.^[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 15,409 in 4,145 households.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 15,839 people in 5,483 households.^[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 25,160 inhabitants in 8,376 households.^[2]
