Neutrality: The hook and the alternate hook are, IMO, neutrally worded.

Copyvio/Paraphrasing: "The first major expansion" is a direct quote from citation 55 on 72nd Street. The rest of the information is a paraphase of citations 54 and 55. 86th Street uses the same language and the same citations. p b p 01:29, 18 November 2016 (UTC)
