This article is new enough and long enough. The article is neutral and there is no close paraphrasing. The hook is cited to a reliable source, but what that source actually says is "... promoted to president of the Political Department of the PLA's Academy of Military Science (AMS)." So my question is, is being president of the Political Department of the Academy the same as being the president of the Academy? Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:00, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
