Article is well-written and hook is cited to a reliable source. Article also happens to rely on primary source a little too much, but it's backed up enough by third-party sources that it's not a problem. I hereby give this my stamp of approval. —howcheng {chat} 18:44, 29 July 2012 (UTC)
  • I'm concerned about the sourcing of this article in regards to BLP. Per WP:BLPSPS, material published by the subject of a BLP can be used as a source only if a) the article is not based primarily on such sources (in this case, 70% of the article is cited solely to that source), b) the source is not "unduly self-serving", and c) it does not involve claims about third parties. I don't feel any of these conditions are met in this case. Also, in some sections the wording of the article is uncomfortably close to that used by the source - compare for example "all in an effort to protect them from exploitation, while the arrest itself would establish a police record and forever label them as a prostitute" with "The arrest and subsequent incarceration would brand them forever as a prostitute...all in the name of protecting them from exploitation".   • There has been some rather minor editing done to the article since Nikkimaria's concerns were raised. Was that an attempt to address those concerns? It doesn't appear to be the case, but in case I'm missing something, I thought it would be good to have the nominator comment here. Schwede66 06:07, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
