Criteria[edit]
This award may be presented to any Wikipedian who makes significant contributions to topic portals on Wikipedia.
Usage[edit]
By default, this template includes a generic description of the award.
To include the default message and a custom user message, use:
{{subst:Template:Portal Barnstar|Message ~~~~}}
To remove the default message, use:
{{subst:Template:Portal Barnstar|Message ~~~~|}}
(A pipe "|" is added at the end)
To use only the default message, use:
{{subst:Template:Portal Barnstar|~~~~}}

Placing of a <br /> tag is recommended before the signature.
