Why shouldn't the referendum of 2008 be in this template? I know it did not take place, but why is that a reason? Extra information doesn't hurt, right? Of course it should be mentioned that it didn't take place (with a note and/or smaller text). SPQRobin (talk) 15:40, 27 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
