Who to include[edit]

Should we just use princes and princesses with articles or should we include all the living princes and princesses? There are twenty-two male-dynasts and I don't know how many princesses. Do we run the risk of making the template too long if we include all the members? (Just checking Rasso alone has four daughters and Leopold has two, others may have some pushing the number well past 30...)

I really do wish we could collapse portions of templates. I think it can be done, in an effort to be as thorough as possible. Charles 02:29, 21 April 2008 (UTC)

I've figured it out, now we can list everyone without showing everyone automatically! I haven't got a list of all the princes and princess of Bavaria though. Charles 02:36, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
There are currently 22 princes of Bavaria (eight of whom are married). There are in addition 24 women born princesses of Bavaria, and one widow of a prince of Bavaria. That's over fifty people (only seven of whom have wiki-articles). I don't see the need for listing all of these. The Wittelsbachs are well-known for their longevity. Several decades from now presumably Luitpold will be Hauschef; at that point there might be some reason to add his other children. For the moment, I think the template is plenty long enough. Hmm, well, if Prince Ludwig (1913)'s other descendants are added just to make it "even" then there is collapsible space for them. Charles 03:16, 21 April 2008 (UTC)

All the "HRH" and so forth must be deleted, such things were abolished in 1919.Smeat75 (talk) 22:53, 21 November 2013 (UTC)

I don't see why. The USA has never been a monarchy, yet it has had an Emperor Norton and a Queen Latifah. Surtsicna (talk) 23:17, 21 November 2013 (UTC)
