Oppose; most of this template deals with currencies before any division between Chinas. Make it cover all currencies within China, and what's the problem? As far I can see this amounts to: Remove the word era from the ROC, since it still exists, and add the New Taiwan dollar. SeptentrionalisPMAnderson 14:09, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
If we agree, let's not tell them ;-> It may be impossible to be acceptable to everyone. SeptentrionalisPMAnderson 17:16, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
Oppose I don't necessarily think current Taiwanese currency should be included, but this template covers currencies well before the term "mainland" came into being. No opinion on whether to remove the term "era" as the template is organized historically and the ROC was a distinct "era". SchmuckyTheCat 02:15, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
