suggestion regarding image[edit]

A sugestion: can we have an image of the Ashoka Pillar instead of a map of South Asia. Ashoka Pillar is an internationally recognised symbol of India and Indian culture both in modern and historic sense. --Deepak D'Souza (talkcontribs) 05:16, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

Is there any particular reason for the particular image (Image:BuddhaHead.JPG) that forms part of the template now? --Bhadani (talk) 16:13, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
