Criteria for inclusion[edit]

What are the criteria for inclusion on this list? I do not believe there is a single Caddo speaker living in Texas, and I know there are no Wichita speakers. Why aren't Karankawa language and other indigenous Texas languages on this list? It appears to be very arbitrary. –Uyvsdi (talk) 23:13, 16 February 2013 (UTC)Uyvsdi[reply]
