Red links, etc[edit]

WP:NAVBOX gives useful guidance on creating and maintaining navigation boxes. Nav boxes are an aid to readers to take them to existing articles. A list of red links creates clutter, and is not useful to readers. As articles are created, they can be added to the template. Though before an article stub is created, consider first mentioning the topic within a parent article. If the topic is interesting, then information may build so that a section devoted to the topic may be created within a parent article. If that section grows large enough, then it can be split out into a standalone article per WP:Summary style. SilkTork *YES! 15:39, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
