Split/remove streaming-only services[edit]

Currently this template contains services that offer music for download only (iTunes Store), streaming only (Spotify, Mixcloud) and both (Bandcamp, Google Play Music), but also broadcast software (Icecast). I feel like it would make sense to split the template up into categories, although probably removing broadcast software as that doesn't seem appropriate to this template, however I don't want to make these changes if people disagree.
