Formating[edit]

Does anyone mind if I join the "closed" and "canceled" sections with their respective NRC regions (i.e., as a subsection). This would help with identifying where these closed and canceled places are located. I may boldly make this change, in which case please revert/discuss here if you don't like it. Thanks!
