Coa[edit]

BLAST IT! WHO KEEPS CHANGING THE COA AND LEAVING A BLANK TALK-PAGE?!!? 68.39.174.238 19:42, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

OH noes! This page keeps getting deleted over and over again! -Theanphibian (talkcontribs) 01:20, 9 August 2007 (UTC)

Head of State[edit]

FYI: the Japanese Constitution states that it is “the people with whom resides sovereign power,” not the Emperor. I know it may sound weird, but things were a lot different back when it was written. Check Constitution of Japan, Article One. -- Insomniacpuppy 05:05, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

The Emperor is still the Head of State and Symbol of National Unity. Fry1989 (talk) 23:33, 29 November 2010 (UTC)

Template width[edit]

I fixed the width to match the width of other sidebars/infoboxes (e.g., see Emperor of Japan, Prime Minister of Japan, ...). it's better to use the default to avoid width mismatches. Frietjes (talk) 14:53, 28 November 2014 (UTC)

Change in image[edit]

Hi, I'd like to propose changing the image of this template from the current one to the Government Seal of Japan. This seal is used to represent the government of Japan, whereas the Chrysanthemum seal currently used represents the State of Japan as a whole. IMO, using the new image would be more appropriate, given the content of this template. User:WoodElf 05:08, 27 November 2018 (UTC)
