Norway task force[edit]

Could somebody add the Norwegian task force? I have no idea what number I'm supposed to use.

I'm sorry, I have to oppose this on procedural grounds. The creation of this task force doesn't seem to have been done with community consensus - at least, none that I've seen. If I am mistaken, please let me know, but task forces should not be created without at least three or four members on board already. – PeeJay 23:18, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
Not done: per Jay. Please get a consensus for this on the project talk page before you open up the edit request again. Thanks — Mr. Stradivarius ♪ talk ♪ 04:32, 11 August 2013 (UTC)

Yes check.svg Done I've fixed the numbering for you - the task force hook template only accepts up to 10 task forces, so your sandbox version would have stopped the Sheffield Wednesday task force code from working. — Mr. Stradivarius ♪ talk ♪ 05:12, 27 October 2014 (UTC)

Alphabetical order[edit]

When the parameters for the Indian football task force were added, the alphabetical order of the country-specific task forces wasn't preserved. I've corrected this in the sandbox, so could an admin please apply the changes to the template? – PeeJay 16:39, 1 April 2015 (UTC)

One way of avoiding such problems is to use non-consecutive numbers. You can have as many {{WPBannerMeta/hooks/taskforces}} as you like; and in any given {{WPBannerMeta/hooks/taskforces}} there are ten slots, but you don't need to use them in the order 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. - they can be 2, 4, 6, 8, 10; or 3, 6, 9; or any variation. By doing this, gaps are left for others to be inserted in future. --Redrose64 (talk) 17:14, 1 April 2015 (UTC)
