Terry Pratchett's Unseen Academicals is a proposed two-part television adaptation of Unseen Academicals by Terry Pratchett to be produced by The Mob, and due to be broadcast[when?] on Sky1 and in high definition on Sky1 HD. Filming was set to take place in 2011.[1]

As of July 2012, it should have been in development.[2] As of June 2013, The Mob reported that it was scheduled for production in 2013.[3] However, as this has disappeared from their website, the status of the project is unknown.

It is to be the fourth in a series of adaptations, following Terry Pratchett's Hogfather, Terry Pratchett's The Colour of Magic and Terry Pratchett's Going Postal.

The staff of the Unseen University of Wizardry are forced into playing a game of football, without using magic, in order to secure a large financial endowment. As the local version of the game is so violent, the head of the university—Archchancellor Mustrum Ridcully—helps to set up proper rules and forms a university team, which includes the university's orangutan librarian in goal.
