All episodes in season two, with the exception of "The Hunger Strike" and "The Uncle Ruckus Reality Show", originally aired in the United States on Cartoon Network's late night programming block, Adult Swim, and are rated TV-MA-V for graphic violence and dangerous activity involving children, explicit language (mostly heavy use of racist, sexist, and homophobic slurs, as well as bleeped-out profanity), and infrequent instances of strong sexual content.

Season two features guest appearances from Snoop Dogg, Mo'Nique, Katt Williams, Charlie Murphy, Samuel L. Jackson, Mos Def, Marion Ross, Bill Duke, Ghostface Killah, Terry Crews, Kevin Michael Richardson, Busta Rhymes, Fat Man Scoop, Sway Calloway, Xzibit, Nate Dogg, Aisha Tyler, Tichina Arnold, Cedric the Entertainer, Lil Wayne, Cee-Lo Green, Fred Willard, Tavis Smiley, and Donald Faison.

2712"The Story of Catcher Freeman"Dan FausettAaron McGruderJanuary 28, 2008 (2008-01-28)214
Three different versions of a slave revolt led by Huey and Riley's ancestor Catcher Freeman are told:
Robert's Version: Robert's version tells that Catcher Freeman was a muscular heroic man who managed to escape slavery and free many disrespectfully-treated slaves. Catcher attempts to free a plantation from Colonel Lynchwater. All the slaves are delighted except Tobias, the only slave on the plantation who obeys Lynchwater's orders despite being treated badly by him. Catcher falls in love with a beautiful slave, Thelma, making Tobias jealous enough to inform Lynchwater. When the plan nearly goes awry, Catcher manages to kill Lynchwater and Tobias is killed by Thelma. At the end, Catcher and Thelma kiss. Riley retorts that this story is "hella cliché."
Uncle Ruckus' Version: When Uncle Ruckus hears the Freemans discussing Catcher Freeman, he decides to tell his version, which portrays Catcher as a strong, feral, chained slave who obeys the orders and catches every slave who tries to escape. At the plantation, all the slaves are treated respectfully and have a luxurious life, but they insult the extremely-sensitive, benevolent Colonel Lynchwater. The slaves try to escape and Thelma is Catcher's main distraction; she lures him by offering him sex, the plan goes well, and they kill Lynchwater and Tobias. The story ends with Catcher and Thelma marrying and moving North. This version delights Riley.
Huey's Version: To calm down Robert and Ruckus, Huey tells the "true" version--Tobias was the real "Catcher Freeman". He tries to impress his crush, Thelma, who is just looking for freedom. It is revealed that Tobias is the secret son of Colonel Lynchwater. While Thelma and the other slaves plan their rebellion, Tobias pleads for a chance to show off his made-up screenplay to Lynchwater; Thelma gives him 1 week. After successfully pitching his screenplay, Tobias tells Lynchwater that the slaves are planning to destroy the plantation, which happens a few seconds later. During the fight, Tobias tries to shoot Thelma while battling Lynchwater but they soon stop the struggle and Lynchwater is accidentally shot to death. Pretending that he shot Lynchwater on purpose, Tobias wins Thelma's love. Robert and Ruckus leave dissatisfied as Riley tries to tell his own Catcher Freeman story.
