The Record is a monthly music magazine in India.[1] The magazine covers a wide range of genres, including international and Indian music.[1] The Backstreet Boys, Jennifer Lopez, Enrigue Iglesias, Robbie Williams, Coldplay, Norah Jones, among other Top 40 artists have been featured, often for the first time in an Indian publication.[citation needed] U2, Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana have also been interviewed.[citation needed] The magazine has been in publication for nine years.

The magazine is published from Mumbai and edited by Sunand Bhojani.[2] The magazine claims to have over 75,000 readers per month.[citation needed] In 2007 the magazine also started focussing on Indian acts who have an international appeal.
