The Residences Providence (formerly The Residences at the Westin) is a high-rise residential tower in downtown Providence, Rhode Island designed by TRO Jung Brannen and developed by The Procaccianti Group.[1] It is situated adjacent to the Omni Providence Hotel, a 25-floor hotel with similar fenestration and styling. The Residences Providence is slightly taller than its counterpart, rising an additional 52 ft (16 m).[2] The lower floors are an extension of the hotel. Floors 16-31 consist of high-end condominiums. The Residences Providence is one of three recent high-rise residential projects underway in Providence aimed at the luxury condominium market. The other two are 110 Westminster Street and Waterplace condominiums. The building is the 3rd-tallest structure in the city

There are 100 condominiums consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with a den, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom with a den and Penthouse unit styles with square footage ranging from 765 sq. ft. to 2894 sq. ft. The Residences Providence tower consists of a retail shop, Cigar Masters and a restaurant (Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar) on the ground level, 5 levels of garage parking, 200 new hotel rooms and the living suites starting on the 16th floor. All residents will have access to hotel amenities such as: Valet Parking, Room Service, Maid Service, Concierge, Restaurants, Event Planning, Function Facilities, the new Spa and a discounted membership to the Capital Fitness Center and Pool. The Omni Providence Hotel is connected to the Providence Place Mall, RI Convention Center, and soon to be connected to the Dunkin Donuts Center and the Hilton Hotel. Residents will be able to access endless services, amenities, shopping and entertainment with out even stepping outside.
