Thuluva Vellalar or "Tuluva Vellala" is a caste from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.[citation needed]

The Thondaimandala Thuluva Vellar are classified as a Forward caste, meaning that they obtain no redress under India's system of positive discrimination. They were formerly significant landowners.[1]
