History

Tiny Moving Parts is a self-described family band consisting of Dylan Mattheisen, William Chevalier, and Matthew Chevalier. The trio started playing together in junior high and have been together since then.[2] They released their first EP, Moving To Antarctica on June 19, 2010.

Their next major release was their debut full-length, This Couch is Long & Full of Friendship with Kind of Like Records, released January 13, 2013.[1] In support of this album, the band went on tours with The Front Bottoms, Frameworks, Free Throw, and Modern Baseball.

In early 2014 the band signed to Triple Crown Records.[3] On September 9, 2014 they released their second full-length album, Pleasant Living.[4] In support of this album, the band went on tours with You Blew It!, State Champs, and Modern Baseball.

In March 2016, they announced that their new album, Celebrate, will be released on May 20, 2016. In the same announcement, they released the first single from Celebrate entitled Happy Birthday.[5]

The band went on a spring 2016 tour supporting The Wonder Years (band), Letlive and Microwave.[6]
