Trick Pony in concert

Trick Pony is a trio of American country music performers, consisting of guitarist/singer Keith Burns, bassist/singer Ira Dean, and lead vocalist Aubrey Collins.

Their third album R.I.D.E (standing for Rebellious Individuals Delivering Entertainment) was released in 2005 on Dean's birthday, August 23 which included a version of the 1978 Bonnie Tyler pop and country hit "It's A Heartache"

In October 2006,it was announced that Heidi Newfield was leaving the group to pursue a solo career. Heidi's last performance with the group was on December 13, 2006. According to the band's website, Aubrey Collins, a singer-songwriter from Littleton, Colorado previously known from her appearance on ABC's The One: Making A Music Star has been announced as the new lead vocalist.
