Turnkey MEP is the construction trade terminology that has been coined in 2007 by Ronnie Dean Tinsley to reflect consolidated (M.E.P.) or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services provided by one company or firm "in house". To be considered a supplier of Turnkey MEP services the subcontractor must produce and supply all of these services without entering into further subcontractor agreements by way of outsourcing portions of the project or services to other subcontractors.
