Twitcam was created by Livestream, a live streaming video platform[1] It allows Twitter users to stream live video content.[1] Each stream is assigned its own URL, which users can access on-demand after the stream is completed.[2] Viewers can also participate using the integrated chat feature, which Twitcam converts into a series of tweets, the communication standard for Twitter.[2] A related service is Ustream.
