UPC Polska (English: UPC Poland) is Liberty Global Europe's telecommunications operation in Poland. It is one of the largest digital cable television and broadband Internet providers within Poland. The company offers broadband Internet, digital television and VOIP telephony. As of 31 December 2014, it has 2.8 million customers.[1]

According to official data, by the end of March 2011 the company had a market share of 24.36%. Its main competitors are Vectra and Multimedia Polska. In early 2011 UPC Polska acquired its fourth major competitor, Aster. The companies finalised the deal in September 2011 following positive opinion of Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
