The elm cultivar Ulmus 'Rotundifolia' was listed by Mottet in Nicholson & Mottet, Dictionnaire pratique d'horticulture et de jardinage 5: 383, 1898, as Ulmus campestris var. rotundifolia Hort..


The tree was described as having leaves rounded, oval or suborbicular. Considered "possibly Ulmus carpinifolia" (: minor) by Green [1]


No specimens are known to survive.
