The Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint menu is focused on made-to-order pizzas designed by the customer in a model similar to Chipotle, Moe's or Subway. Customers choose from three different types of crust, six different types of sauce and more than 45 toppings. The personal sized pizza is created while the customer watches and is cooked in a fast-bake oven for approximately six minutes. Larger sized pizzas as well as kids sized pizzas are also available. The company's current motto is "Get Your Crave On." Other items on the menu include salads, sandwiches and desserts.[1] Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint is known for its gluten-free offerings and the strict policies employees follow to avoid cross contamination while preparing a gluten-free order.[2]
