Stakeholders Requirements Specifications for Software/Mobile App Development is a type of technically sound Agreements signed by the following parties for the development of the presented prototypes between the parties accordingly under the "NOC" Non Disclosure Agreement.

This is a Subscription and Stakeholders ("Agreement") are made at the location specified as the "execution location" in Schedule 1 ("Execution Location") on the date set forth as the "execution date" in Schedule 1 ("Execution Date") by and between the persons/ organization whose names and addresses are set out in part 1 of Schedule 2 (collectively referred to as "Creators" and each "Creator"); and the persons/ organization whose names and addresses are set out in part 2 of Schedule 2 (collectively referred to as "Co-founders" and each a "Co-founder"); and the persons/ organization whose names and addresses are set out in part 3 of Schedule 2 (collectively referred as a "Source Code Developer" and each "Developer"); and the persons/ organization whose name and addresses are set out in part- 4 of schedule 2 (together "Shareholders" and each a "Shareholder"); and the company whose details are set out in part 1 of Schedule 3 (the "Company").

StRS (Stakeholders Requirements Specifications) provides the details technical data for estimating product development costs, risks management & maintenance, and Time invested schedules & Concept of operation.

an "IP Rights" agreement between customers and contractors or suppliers on how the software product should function in a real market-driven project.
