Please advise why the Mama Do video edits were reverted[edit]

Hi there - wondering what the reason for reverting edits re Mama Do video were. Thanks ! DustyTheStar (talk) 04:05, 20 September 2015 (UTC)

Firstly, per WP:ELPOINTS, external links should very rarely be included in the main body of an article. Secondly, the video is not very important to the article as an external link. Thirdly, linking to someone's personal Facebook page seems somewhat invasive to his privacy. Adabow (talk) 04:10, 20 September 2015 (UTC)

New Zealand Certifications[edit]

Hello Adabow. I linked here from WP:CHARTS. Just wondering if you still have access to the book that lists NZ certifications up until 2006? I'm trying to confirm if the song Don't Say You Love Me by M2M was certified gold there. It would have been either late 1999 of more likely sometime in 2000. Would you be able to check for me? Any other information about the song (or about M2M or any of their other recordings)) in said book would be helpful; all I know about it in NZ is that it peaked at No. 4 in the weekly charts; does the book say whether it made the year-end charts? Thanks for your time; let me know if you would like a hand with anything in return. :) Freikorp (talk) 14:03, 4 October 2015 (UTC)

Hi Freikorp, I'll try to remember to check for you tomorrow. Adabow (talk) 06:47, 5 October 2015 (UTC)
Hi again. Sorry to be on your case but this article is in the queue for DYK now and i'd like to have the issue clarified before thousands of people read it, so just a friendly reminder about it. No worries if you can't get the information in time though. Freikorp (talk) 09:25, 7 October 2015 (UTC)
Sorry about the delay. According to Scapolo, neither of the M2M songs that appeared on NZ charts had been certified by the RIANZ, as of 2006. Adabow (talk) 21:26, 8 October 2015 (UTC)
Hmm, i'm surprised since it had the same peak position in Australia (where it was certified) as it did in NZ. Thanks for letting me know. :) Freikorp (talk) 23:01, 8 October 2015 (UTC)

On the subject of NZ certifications, has any of Maroon 5's songs from Songs About Jane been certified up until 2006? I imagine "This Love" being the only song certified, but I can't say for sure. ThedancingMOONpolice (talk) 22:12, 18 October 2015 (UTC)

I'll have a look. Adabow (talk) 09:11, 20 October 2015 (UTC)
Sorry about the really late reply. The academic year is just wrapping up and I've been really busy. No songs were listed as certified. Songs About Jane was certified septuple platinum. Adabow (talk) 06:59, 4 November 2015 (UTC)

I've replied to your comments at Wikipedia:Featured list candidates/Tinashe discography/archive1. Azealia911 talk 12:38, 18 November 2015 (UTC)
