I am a UCL philosophy graduate with 20 years' experience writing and editing non-fiction media - books, encyclopaedias, newspapers, periodicals, on-line, third sector and corporate materials. I am currently managing internal communications in a multinational financial services company, learning what makes large organisations tick, and how to help them work more effectively for all the constituencies they serve (in particular, for their own employees).
I began contributing to Wikipedia at the beginning of '04 with an article on Henryk Grossmann. Now chiefly interested in topics relating to an MA in internal communications management at Kingston University- organisation theory, social psychology, anthropology, semiotics, etc. I retain an interest from student days in philosophy of mind (especially as it pertains to determinism and free will), new social movements and new media.
