Ali Azhar (born on 01 February 1991)is a Pakistani Sufi, Alternative Rock singer[1] belonging to Gawaliar Gharana lineage.[2] He is the lead vocalist of the Pakistani rock band AaGhaz. He was awarded the New Talent Singer award on August 2010.

Early life and background
[edit]Ali Azhar was born in Larkana to Nizamuddin Abbasi, on 01 February 1991 . He received his bachelor's degree from University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He received the roll of honour from the Music Society of University of Sindh, Jamshoro.
[3]He started learning classical music at age 17, his aunt being his first teacher. His main influences in music come from his Aunt.
