From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hi, I'm Rick Albright.

Welcome to my user page. If you would like to leave me a message, my talk page is one tab (up above) to the right.

If you do not know why you believe what you believe and cannot discuss it in a rational state of mind, then you are dogmatic and prone to emotional leading. "Believe it because you feel it is true and will slay anyone who does not feel the same way." Not.

One of the biggest psychological challenges is to own personal decisions and actions, regardless of what the boss tells you. Just because you are earning a paycheck and doing what you're told, does not free you from your responsibility of what you are doing. This is also true at a national level when you support the current government.

I digress...back to work.

Welcome to Wikipedia

Hello, Alrich44, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. My name is Howicus, and I've been an editor here for some time. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

If you're working on creating a new article, this page has instructions on how to cite sources, complete with videos.

If all this Wikicode is a little overwhelming, WP:Cheatsheet may help untangle it.

And if you need more help, I'd recommend getting live help at the Wikipedia help chat channel (click "connect" to join): #wikipedia-en-help connect. Additionally, you could ask me on my talk page, try the Teahouse (a help page for new users) or click here to ask for help here on your talk page and a volunteer will visit you here shortly

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. Again, welcome, and have fun editing! Howicus (Did I mess up?) 01:16, 3 August 2014 (UTC)

Welcome to MILHIST!

[edit]

Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/Military aviation task force Any article related to this task force should be marked by adding Aviation-task-force=yes to the WPMILHIST project banner at the top of its talk page (see the project banner instructions for more details on the exact syntax). This will automatically place it into Category:Military aviation task force articles.

A barnstar for you!

The Civility Barnstar
You really proved your civility during the John Bauer incident. Would that more users handled difficult situations as good as you did. Sorry if this barn star appears below, but the message is a template and is automatically placed. w.carter-Talk 21:19, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
