I live in Columbia County, Oregon, a bit north of Portland, in the United States. I lived just outside Cleveland, Ohio, for about a decade. I've lived in Rockville, Maryland, and London, England, for just over a year each, and grew up in New Jersey. I take any excuse to travel, and have traveled extensively in North America and Western Europe, and some in Asia. Areas of particular academic or professional interest include (in no particular order) Civics, Theology, Computer Science (especially in the area of databases and network/communications systems), Philosophy, and Religion.
