European Association for the Teaching of Academic Writing The European Association for the Teaching of Academic Writing (EATAW) is an association for those with an interest in the development of writing in an academic context.  The association was first established in 2001. EATAW has three main activities. These are the long established bi-annual conference and forum and the journal established in 2011 The Journal of Academic Writing .
The EATAW Conference
The EATAW conference is held every two years in a European University.
The EATAW forum is hosted by JISCmail.
The Jounal of Academic Writing
The Journal of Academic Writing is the EATAW journal .
