How did Jack get to the top? MAGIC BEANS!!!
While it will be sad for us to lose your participation for a while, in the end we will benefit greatly from your new expertise - just don't start charging for it ;-). And for you personally, this will surely be a very good thing. So congratulations. NoSeptember 16:22, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
A totally random barnstar
A watchful reply.
Sure, I can do that. Have a good time. At least that guarantees you a break from Wikipedia. However, due to the olympics, you might actually be able to not deal with their web blocking.... Eh, who knows. Anyway, have fun, and I would be happy to keep a lookout for you. Prodego talk 01:03, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
I am contacting you about project I started called Wiredtape (Why? Red Tape). The purpose of which is to help people deal with regulations and red tape needed to get things done. The reason I am contacting you - is because I saw you are a contributor to tax and other legal issues, which are relevant to my site. I think it is important to distinguish between Wikipedia's purpose and Wiredtape's. Wiredtape doesn't seek to provide historical or encyclopedic information about its subjects; Wiredtape seeks to provide in-depth information regarding the bureaucratic procedures and regulations, informative articles about the terminology and in-depth guides to these processes.
I would like you to become a contributor on Wiredtape. This is a bit direct, and I am sorry for that, but I am in need of contributors :) - moreover, through Wiredtape, I am also trying to make the internet (and life really) a nicer and simpler place.
You can contact me on my user talk page on Wikipedia, or on Wiredtape, or on IRC in #Wiredtape.

I hope you the List of political and geographic subdivisions by total area pages in order. Most changes to the pages were pretty routine, some format adjustments (italicizing some things that were missed), adding some countries, the one exception being that User:Laomei did have a problem with using CIA factbook data for the size of the United States, you can see that discussion here. Hope you enjoyed your trip. Prodego talk 21:21, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
I was wondering if you could go to preferences > editing > and uncheck the "mark all edits as minor by default" box, because major edits should be reviewed while some editors ignore minor edits since they are minor, and your additions aren't minor. hbdragon88 (talk) 21:38, 14 June 2008 (UTC)

User:Java7837 has been on a tear, removing links to Sourcewatch in articles. I asked him on his talk page why he is doing this, and he hasn't answered me. What should I do? --Eastlaw (talk) 01:03, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
My newest essay/rant
I just wrote a really long new essay that you may find interesting: not all business articles are spam. I'm going to post it at the village pump for policy. I would, however, appreciate hearing your thoughts on it. --Eastlaw (talk) 03:46, 2 August 2008 (UTC)
Are/Were you a brother in TEΦ?
I'm working on the List of Tau Epsilon Phi chapters, which is currently the best consolidation of TEΦ chapter information on the internet (better than national HQ, though that isn't hard...). I am looking for help finding information on the Missing Chapters, and any help or information you can add to the discussion page or the article would be most appreciated! It has been a great 3 years my old friend, I wish you the best. Thank you so much for everything, it really has meant a lot to me. Perhaps I will email you some time, though I don't know I have it. Good luck with your practice, and thanks for being there. If you could watch over the Analytical Graphics article that would really be great. Thank you so much, Prodego talk 23:22, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
Good luck on finals

Hi, and FYI
Hey, just dropping by my old friend, and besides saying hi, I recently dealt with a request about someone using the WP logo on their own site, and got that changed no problem. I later talked to the site owner on IRC, and it seems like a nice site, and since it was law related I thought I would pass it on to you. http://www.legalintellects.com/wiki/Outlines Prodego talk 07:51, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
