Hinsdale Bobcats: Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Volleyball - Great Year in the year of 2011 after posting a 7-9 record after skipping the pre-Quarter playoff round, playing Lima Christian at Avon the team went up 2-1 after strong innings from Ronnie Babb, Scott Babb and Brandon Rowland. But Lima Christian started to storm back scoring 2 unanswered points in the 4th and 5th innings. The Senior Scott Babb stepped up to the plate determined to tie the ball game, and he did with a solo Home run to tie it up in the top of the seventh. but lima Christian had men on at 1st and 2nd and Lima Christian hit a base hit and loaded the bases with 2 outs. Up next at the plate was a very dangerous hitter. Hitting a ground ball to the third baseman he instead threw the ball to home plate instead of first and overthrew the catcher Brandon Rowlan and Lima outfielder crossed the plate to win the game to advance to the next round of the playoffs but later booted from the playoffs after losing their next matchup.
