B.O.S.S. is the long awaited debut album from Hip-Hop artist Crooked I, which has been in the making since he left Death Row Records in 2004. The name of the album was originally Mama's Boy, which later changed to Mama's Boy Got a Loaded Gun, which then again changed to Boss Music. The official title for the album is now B.O.S.S. (Beginning of Something Serious)

Production will be handled by Dynasty Entertainment's own in-house producer, Jim Gittum, and Treacherous Records' in-house producer Komplex, along with Scott Storch, Rick Rock, Double L's and more. There's been talk about Timbaland and Kanye West contributing to B.O.S.S., but nothing can be officially confirmed as of yet. Guest appearances will be made by the Dynasty Entertainment roster, consisting of Horseshoe G.A.N.G. and On One Squad, and Bun B of the multi-platinum Hip-Hop group, UGK.

Crooked I said in an interview from 2006 that the first single will be "N.W.A.(New West Anthem)", with the b-side being "Straight Bosses", both tracks are produced by Jim Gittum. "Straight Bosses" ended up being used on Celly Cel's compilation, The Gumbo Pot, and "N.W.A. (New West Anthem)" was released exclusively on the internet in July of 2007.

The album was expected to be released in October of 2007, according to an interview Crooked I conducted with XXL[1]. An official release date for this album is still pending.
