Time and Charges is the first feature length movie produced by the independent New Hampshire based film company Whitebridge Farm Productions. The screenplay was written and directed by Oscar winner Ernest Thompson.

Time and Charges was originally written to be produced as online webisodes. But after careful consideration between Thompson and his producers Lori and Morgan Murphy, they realized the potential and decided to make it a feature film.
