The LEDEN Band is an all-boy, pop rock band formed in 2011 at Surigao City, Philippines. The band is composed of five [5] equally-talented youngsters, erstwhile classmates at Surigao del Norte National High School. The members are Chris Jacob Lastra (bass guitarist), Francis Joseph Elorde (lead guitarist), Neilwin De Guzman (rhythm guitarist), Lyndon Elicano (drummer), and Keejay Paul Navarra (vocalist). The word "LEDEN" is an acronym carved out from the first letter of these guys' surnames. As early as Sophomores, an idea to create a band was broached out of excitement during their high school Christmas gathering. It was initiated by Neilwin and Keejay Paul. For almost three long years, the dreamed dream has now become visibly, gradually existed. The band had been into several engagements and competitions along with the other bands in the region. The band is primarily inspired by the music of Callalily, a renowned rock band in Philippine music. Yet, moreover, the band also emulates the genre of the other Pinoy rock bands in the likes of Kamikazee and Parokya ni Edgar.
