Monuments Of Kosovo Kosovo has been populated since in early ages, and monuments are good prove about it. The history of Kosovo is better expressed by the monuments that it has, that also has indicated in developing tourism.

The Ancient city of Ulpiana The House of"Albanian League of Kosovo" Patriarchate of Peja Monastic of Deqan Castle of Prizren The Ancient City of Ulpiana It is believed that Ulpiana's city has been built at the time when Rome occupied Balkan Peninsula, and at the time of existence of Byzantine Empire. It was used as a hub for political and cultural activities. What is left from this city is marble, bricks, stones, some rooms, also some cemetery. In the walls of the rooms can be seen some signs and writings with Roman scripture. In 2006 Ancient City of Ulpiana has won the status of international importance. It is also believed that Ulpiana had been the capital city of Dardania, which is thought that was populated by Illyrians, supposedly that Albanians are the descendants of Illyrinas.
