I am a botanical librarian in NYC. I manage my library's public services which means that I answer lots of questions about history and science and also help people find lots and lots of information about the plant kingdom.
I like creating articles about botanists and am especially interested in highlighting the work of living female scientists.

I am currently trying to create articles for the living scientists who were featured for this event: Wikipedia:Meetup/NYC/NYBG January2017. I have drafted the articles for Memory Elvin-Lewis, Lisa M. Campbell, and Barbara Ertter and am waiting for them to review the content before publishing their articles. After doing research on his life, I also intend to create an article for Gary Lincoff.
