Dear user of Wikipedia,

may I introduce myself: I am Frank Nawrocki, born in 1981 in Halle an der Saale/Saxony-Anhalt/Germany. From 2004-07 I studied musicology and philosophy at the University of Heidelberg with Silke Leopold and Dorothea Redepenning among others. I then moved to England to study at the University of Birmingham with Vic Hoyland and Scott Wilson (composition), Robert Spearing (orchestration) and Paul Rodmell (musicology) among others. I graduated in 2009 (BMus) with a dissertation about the Handel performances in London from 1759-1800. Since then I live in Germany again, where I had internships at Konzerthaus Berlin and Berliner Festspiele (MaerzMusik). Currently I am doing my Master of Arts in musicology at the Humboldt University in Berlin, e.g. with Hermann Danuser.
