Jackson Ogle
[edit]William Jackson Ogle (born March 8, 1993) is an American professional golfer. He is preparing for the 2013 Adams Pro Series Golf Tour playing on the Fairway Pro golf tour where
he already has a top 5 finish. Ogle turned professional in 2012 after a successful junior career. He was the captain of a high school golf team that shattered records winning 3 back
to back to back state titles in Oklahoma winning in 2011 by 111 strokes over the nearest competitors.
The Oklahoma Christian School team consisting of Ogle, Scottie Verplank (son of PGA touring pro Scott Verplank), Alexander Hall, Rustin Purser and Preston Schaefer scored 880 over three rounds for the best of any school in the state during tournament play with 6A through 2A.
Ogle is a member of the Ogle family well known in Oklahoma for their involvement in television media. He is the son of Kent Ogle, news anchor at KFOR-TV (NBC), and the nephew
of anchors Kevin Ogle KFOR-TV (NBC) and Kelly Ogle KWTV-TV(CBS) as well as the cousin of Abigail Ogle KSBI-TV (independent).
